* I didn't upload any of the content to a file share site so if the links die, I cannot help you;
* These are direct downloads, anonymized to protect the downloader;
* All links worked at the time I posted this (I use IDM to see if the content is on the server);
* I downloaded some of this but chances are, I cannot help you if you did not get what you wanted while the links are still live;

And lastly, I'm not sure this will be useful but as a "little something extra" here is a free online invoice generator by QuickBooks. There is a little text link to a Word invoice template document you can download as well as a link to an online automatic sales tax calculator. Do a Ctrl+F to search for either or both. I'm not sure you need to be a QuickBooks Customer to use those two items but for anything else, probably so.
