Question for anyone who got the OTO2 file:
The 1 file inside that archive has no extension - is it a zip or a rar or something else ??

First, thanks to OP -- reps given for the share.

I took a look at one of the reviews, of a product I promote and know, and it was pretty awful. Not appalling -- so the good news is that there was definitely room for it to be worse than it is -- but it's not something you'd ever want a quality site of your own to be associated with.

Thank you for sharing. Looks like a reasonably useful product. However, you would have to roll up your sleeves and do some editing/rewriting to bring the product up to YOUR standard. But most of the work is already done for you. Repped, of course!!
