Does this only work for product review videos?

No! :)

This works for medium and high keywords and DOES NOT only have to do with Clickbank. You can use this for ANY video. I just chose clickbank because it's what I prefer.

You can do this with SEO, Curation, Traffic Gen... It's not limited to clickbank products in the slightest.

Are these short term rankings?

Definitely not! My videos have been ranked on page 1 for months now!
