Just trading at closes above/below a 20 period ema (on a 4 hr chart) will probably help you more. Just my opinion.
At least the market would be teaching you. It has a track record. Find the scariest market out there, trade very small size (during your training phase) and you'll find it will be very difficult - after 3 months - to be in a loss position, if you take every trade. The Key is trading real funds in a market that is increasing in volatility and making big moves. Even if it is winning/losing the price of a coffee each day, the real ebb and flow will teach you more than any "mentor". Best wishes.
