All this is about is creating products and selling them in the WSO section so people will purchase your stuff and then will be on your list, so now you have a buyer's list. Ta da! Rinse and repeat for more buyers.
Then to twist things up a little, he tells you to get a hold of plugin PLR by joining membership site that provide them. The site he recommends is insta-product .com What you will do with this PLR is offer it as a bonus to buyers of other products creators products. As we learned in Buyer's List Arbitrage I have to admit, getting a cool plugin in exchange for my (10 minute mail  ) email is more appealing than boring freaking ebooks. The trick is to give away a plugin that people actually want. Thanks for the share
