Basic core method is form of deep trance identification, kind of like circle of excellence. You just imagine and visualize better version of you, whatever it is that you desire, you imagine another version of you already accomplished and living it and then you step into that version of you and bring back all the attitude skills of that version to your present self.
He use this same core method in many different way so that it is always re-enforcing and many different ways to use it. And there's many meditation, visualization and many nlp mental tricks and techniques. |
