are you logged into your copy acct in another tab...u should be. u should have britany's copy acct in one tab and yours in another. click save all in brittany's and save to your acct. wait awhile then refresh your acct tab and you should see a folder with all her content. works every time for me.

Try this copy link. It is working. I just saved to a new copycom account I created.

Copy.com is creating problem. Even from new link we cannot download. Can anyone please upload in new sites like dropbox or https://cloud.mail.ru/?
Update: Still 1 method is working. If you try to download whole course by selecting save all first and then download the whole course at a time I see it can be downloadable. This is over 3GB, I've tried breaking it up and transferring across to my account in single files, still nothing, maybe if you change file name to something not related to her, I've eventually been able to download everything to my computer but can't upload to copy because of file size restriction, and I'm not using their App as it carries Adware.
