@Stillstanding: Thank you for this. I'm a huge George Carlin fan. I'm adding max reps for it.

I watched him on TV or attended his stand-up appearances whenever I could. While I don't share his point of view on some things (for example, I believe he was either agnostic or atheist while I'm Christian), I did appreciate his dry witt and sarcastic humor. He was one of only a handful of comics I resonated with.
