It requests for an update, and then after the update, it couldn't open and function as it should. Anyone experience the same???

this method opens the software but the search doesnt display anything!

1. Download the software from OP's post
2. Install
3. Disconnect net and run the software, type whatever to email address
4. when it runs reconnect to net

Tried it just now and works. But the software is useless, the monthly searches are from adwords without any device filtering...it's easier if you just go to the keyword planner directly. For competition and avg. ratings from stores it gives different values each time you run it. Don't waste your time.
