These are my notes i took after reading the interview:

-story telling is most important thing (i also read about story telling from Dave Lakhani,true thing brothers)
-what they want/belive
-300-400 words txt
-short emails
-know the market(find what words(is in particular market) that they respond to)
-never lie
-story to illustrate how cool something is and then "Hey you can do this too..."
-avoid words now,buy now,act now,do this now
-get on MattFury.com email list to see how he is doing it.
-engage them to send their opinions on fb/twitter/....
-stories/entertainment,free gift,interviews,links,offers
-control the pacing of info u give in each mail,culminating with the offer after some days/emails
-list spliting,segmenting,sub spliting
-every day mailing
-be engaging and interesting
-some send mails at 5pm some at evening(but u ll get ppl from diff countries too)
-talk about their problems/solutions/help them fix problems/find solutions/be the answer to their problems/
-magazines/yahoo news/local news where ur targeting/ HEADLINES/STORIES to make into ur mix
-to learn the market go find bestselling books check reviews,read testimonials
-goal:dont spend more then 20mins on email
-seassonal aspect of subject lines very important
-piggyback of publicity,news,happenings,events in subject line
-mix info with entertainment

Good job, that about sums it up.

Still recommend you guys listen to it as well as explore the other email related threads I've created. They will help you make more cash.
