It's a pretty good tool except for the call forwarding function. It only tracks leads for text messages that get sent out and not calls that are forwarded nor does it record the calls (at least not yet) making it difficult to track and charge based on call tracking. Basically you can only track text message images that get sent out. Maybe there will be some future updates to add functions like call tracking in the near future...
