This has been going on for decades and has little to do with Trump...
It has to do with the ever expanse of the US Government both in size, employees, money (especially MONEY both at the Federal, State AND local Gov't levels) and power.

Trump is trying to reduce the size of Government (drain the swamp), reduce the excessive number of outdated/over-bearing and unnecessary government regulations, fire redundant and unnecessary Federal employees and has even instituted prison reforms to reduce the number of Federal inmates.

Trump Fascist? That is laughable as Fascism is the exact opposite of what Trump is advocating.....free enterprise, Democracy and Capitalism (Fascism is Socialist), less Gov't, less regulations, increased individuality (including increased gun ownership rights....try doing THAT in a Fascist state).

You must have been thinking about Obama and Hillary, true Socialists, and closer to Fascists than anyone but Bernie and Warren.....but hey, that's okay you can redeem yourself and be sure to vote for Trump in 2020!

PS - I didn't mention Joe B because it isn't polite to talk about our senile elders.

Thanks EuroTrader. I live in a small town. The local police started to become highly weaponized about 10 years ago. 5 years ago, they got an APC. Before that, they used to try and talk the person out. Now, they just bash through the door or wall. It happens about twice a year.

I knew cops who retired in the 80's, after 30 years on the force and they had NEVER drawn their weapon. That's a thing of the past. I blame Hollywood and cable tv.
