This is the 4th book in the little Budget Cookbooks. Originally written for families on or below poverty levels, they are also successful with students and home aloners.

With over 25 recipes and sections on creating a budget kitchen and the essentials for cupboard and fridge, the previous 3 books have been downloaded over 2500 times since the outset.

This book deals with mince, any mince, whatever the reader can afford. The previous books dealt with chicken, eggs, cheese and general budget meals. The future ones are earmarked with subjects to compliment what has already been produced.

Everyone, every family should eat, every day. There is poverty all over our little island. We are supposed to be rich, supposed to be a forward thinking country, a 1st world country but we have children (over 4 MILLION of them) going hungry on a daily basis. This should not be happening. Not now, not ever.
