It's GREAT to see that this thread is still getting traction. I saw quite a few reps
and kind comments from folks who visited here just recently, although the
thread will be a year old in a couple of months. So, thanks for that!

I decided to drop a few links down below (see the 2/16/2022 UPDATE) to blog posts
describing more weird niches you can monetize.

They're apart from the Marlon Sanders document I originally shared here. Nonetheless,
you'll read about more unusual, unheard of niches that could make you money.

One I read about and particularly liked was enamel pin making. If you can
create one-of-a-kind, colorful and decorative pins out of enamel to
sell on Etsy or elsewhere, I'll bet you could carve out a pretty
"bizarre" niche for some fairly nice long-term passive income.

These "pins" are the kind that can dress up a woman's (or man's) suit
jacket or adorn a sweater. So remember: Think outside of the box and
you can always find more ways to make money and even create a niche

This is a quick-reading, 20 page report from Marlon Sanders that exposes how 46,000 people are making money from (what he calls bizarre, obscure) "crazy" niches.

For example...

* One guy makes $161,413 each month with a political comedy podcast
* Another marketer takes in $70,000 a month from psychology content
* While yet another person earns $42,388 a month from posting random videos on "crazy" stuff

I was a bit disenchanted with the size of the report but for less than 10 bucks, I wasn't expecting a tome. Then I learned that there are lots of direct links to places on the web inside, so maybe there is some value in this little report.

I just purchased this and haven't had time to go through it yet so I can't vouch for the value. I did happen to put Marlon's website (marlonsanders.com) into a WP site ripper and although he does give away a few freebies, he's a real "marketer's marketer." By that, I mean, he entices you with what appears to be valuable products but ONLY IF you agree to purchase another one ... or sign up for a continuity offer of his where you pay $1 "to test the waters" but to see more, you are then inside a monthly membership that goes for upwards of $37 to $97 a month. Of course, as the saying goes, "You can cancel at anytime."

So Marlon isn't as generous as I-M gurus used to be.

I like to see/hear two sides to every story, so I'm posting a link to a TrustPilot.com page where people are reviewing Patreon. I'm not sure I believe everything there because any monkey can post anything online but if what is being said is true, I'd be careful putting anything on Patreon (per Marlon Sanders's report).

I'll tell you what's hard for me to believe... in the first post, this woman claims that she went to Patreon about a video that shows an alleged assault of her daughter and then says the "police sent Patreon emails." What kind of police force sends emails? What kind of attorney sends emails?

So, take it for what it is but based on some of these egregious allegations to their supposed lack of customer support to terminating accounts without recourse, I'd think twice about Patreon if I were you.

That's not to say whatever Sanders's report promotes can't be done and done profitably; but maybe you should put it on an alternate site or your own website and try to find ways to get traffic there.

Just a heads up tried to download the Growth Magazine and got the following warning, tried on two different browsers... Any suggestions:
