This pack is a mix of different approaches to Self! Cus at the end... You're the Truth one way or the other no matter how you look at it. Any ways... lest start with
1. Jonathan Adampants. A american dude that shared his path to himself and much more with others for free... his way... his path is the one I am on! 0 meditation needed ;) 2. Allan Watts... Collection of his workss 3. Dan Millman and His Peacefull Warrior path... much recommended for the people that are in sports and are seeking to find "the zone" 4. Eckhart Tolle His approach to the same thing. 5. Jiddu Krishnamurti this is for the people that have waken up all ready or in other words the individual has come and Become the I AM... very helpfull from that point on... if you do not know what I AM is.. it is pointless to even try to understand or Become what is said in this.... 6. Rudolf Steiner... is on the same level as Jiddu... to understand and know what is true and what know 1st you must Know Thyself.. or get to the I AM moment of BEING in your life. So 5 and 6 are more "advanced levels" 1-4 are the basic ones..... credible approaches to self that I can confirm. But still. for each and every one of you... there is your unique approach to yourself. These are ment only for you assistance to that point!
