If you installed this script, deactivate it and remove the following user id (supportxd) from your admin panel. Seems like the script adds an admin account and then it notifies him.

This has nothing to do with the big update or the scan from virustotal. Every single one of docadvocate uploads are infected with a malicious code and it is the same piece of code every time. Virusttotal does not pick it up because technically his code is only adding a admin user id to your wordpress site. Look for yourself.
