For the guy that says it needs documentation. If that person getting this has uploaded enough times via ftp and updated themes before, should never need documentation to tell them what to do if they already know how. Maybe for newbies, that have never done it before, but how many will claim they never done it before? I always get rid of the documentation anyways, because it just never gets used.

So the file is fine I just had the wrong password. Had to keep track, there's so many different passwords in this thread lol!

I am not able to install this. Can anyone tell me how to install it. I am not able to install it by dashboard.

I tried to install it by cpanel. But it says that it cant extract the file. Can anyone tell me how to install it.
