This version of AP3 was nulled and offered for dl in BBHF on June 19, 2013 by Imcool. You can find the dl-link and the discussion here - the ap3-file and -content is identical:

The difference to Imcool's zip-file is a plus HTML-link to 96down(dot)com. They have free membership and accept donations. I hope Imcool is ok with their hosting.
