NOTE: There were several other books in Frishman's Author 101 series (non-fiction, publicity, bestselling book proposals, bestselling secrets from top agents, etc.) I found over at archive.org but they were available only for 1 hour and archive.org has changed their policy ... the books had to be read online (no downloading). So there was no way to provide these digitally and I didn't want to purchase the paperback editions. Bummer!
