As I have commented before, You need to disable your internet connection for the app.
In this case, Only create outbound rule for the app. The key works perfectly with the latest version of Ashampoo Cinemagraph too. Add reps to 'cola911dk' for his valuable time he dedicated writing a post. Can't write tutorials for you so I'm attaching youtube Video for you all who were unsuccessful with Key activation.
