Thanks and rep to OP. Whether I use it or not, they saved me the $$$ to find out if it was worth reading.

Appsmoment is a Seattle Cloud reseller, like a lot of other app sites. They have a free, limited level that would let you try out the SC platform.

That said, you can find it much cheaper. I signed up for Maria Stone's version available here and it's less than 1/2 what AM wants.

Haven't reviewed the share yet, but if it has one thing we can use then we're ahead, right?

RE:
First things, first: Reps to the OP for the time he spent to find and post this.

This is a wso about making simple apps and flipping them for a profit.

After watching this, I can tell you that it is just a series of video sales letters to sell subscriptions for a service the creator owns (appsflipping dot com).

The course itself is full of inconsistencies, bad advice, and unsupported claims.

Lets begin:

On video 2, he claims he has sold a chat app he made for $700 on flippa. Yet, on the app's page in itunes, the developer's name is still his own. So, he either sold the app to himself, or he posted a fake (photoshopped) flippa listing.

On video 3, he tells you to go to google trends and keyword planner to find ideas with 100k or more searches a month. Then, he tells you what kind of apps are going to make you money. By true coincidence, they are the kind of apps his appbuilder creates :-)

On video 5 he tells you to build apps for Ios and not Android. He does this beacause it is easier to transfer ios apps than android apps. This is of course not true. The process is almost identical. In fact, there are things that you cannot do with an ios app. I haven't transferred an ios app yet, but on their site they say, for example:

"No version of the app can use an iCloud entitlement."

"No version of the app can use a Passbook entitlement."

"The app can’t offer (or have previously offered) In-App Purchase subscriptions: auto-renewable, free, or non-renewing."

Later on, this guy is using a magazine app as an example. But, if e.g. the magazine has a subscription plan, he cannot transfer it. On the other hand, I haven't seen any restrictions on the android (google play) site.

So, why does he say that? Why make someone pay $100 to be an ios developer? Because he is using flippa. And flippa doesn't support android apps yet, only ios. He could just say that, but he chooses to say something completely not true, to support the validity of his wso (flipping apps on flippa).

On video 6, he is showing you how to make the flippa listing. He tells you that you need to be as detailed as possible about your app's revenue and monthly installs. You would expect to make some preparations here, and show you what you can really achieve with a good app, right? Instead, at some point he uses a magazine app called "Women's Wellness". The app does not have enough reviews for an average, and there is only one review posted on the itunes page saying:

Awful

by Emmy5291

I deleted this terrible app off my phone 7 months ago, yet I still have a permanent notification telling me there's an update. I've searched my phone using the search option and the app is nowhere in my phone. I emailed the support people who made the app multiple times and have never received an email back yet. Absolutely would not download this again.

So, build apps like this one, and expect to make $700 from it (because people are stupid, and will not go to the app's page and see 5 downloads and a crap review).

Anyway, I stopped watching at this point. It is obvious to me that the creators didn't spend more than a couple of hours to make this wso, didn't even bother to make a good point and support it with evidence, and, as I said before, they just made a seles letter for their paid app platform.

When I visited the salespage and read that the author was Maksym Vysochanskiy, I immediately clicked ''close''.

No respect for that idiot.

P.S. Thanks and reps for the OP for sharing this with other members.

ArnieAbrams,

Thanks for the useful information. Do you have the URL to Maria Stone's version that is 1/2 price?

Cheers!

Thanks to the poster for their time in sharing this program. Yeah....I kinda smiled when I found out who is behind this course. He put out a crappy WSO product awhile back on PPI. This course is no different. It is terrible.
