Hey, guys and gals, some of the issues may not be directly related to Malice's cracked version, here is an updated email I had just received from OZ regarding bug fixes:

Hi!

This message is in two parts.

The second part is very exciting news that
affects ALL Aladdin customers, but...

First let me quickly address some issues that are
affecting some of our customers.

We are aware that a small number of customers are
witnessing one or more of the following issues:

1. Some customers get a record insertion error when
they try to create a profile.

This was down to a date formatting issue that affects
users in certain parts of the world because their date
format was not compatible with the date format the
database was using.

STATUS: Fixed. New version is being tested and will
be released in next 24 hours

2. Some customers are not able to create Profiles.

This is possibly related to issue No. 1 and affects
very few customers.

STATUS: Under investigation and fix should be easy.

3. Some customers are not able to launch Aladdin
at all.

We suspect this is either down to the customers not
having some required Windows system files on the
computers; or down to problems connecting to the
database (possibly formatting related as well).

STATUS: We are waiting for feedback (from a few
customers) on a potential fix.

4. All other issues are being investigated.

The bottom line is that by Wednesday we expect
to have 99% of ALL issues satisfactorily resolved.
We have a reputation in the industry for
EXCELLENT support of our software and Aladdin
will be no different!

So, if you are affected by any of these issues may I
ask you to please bear with us for the next day or two,
and we'll send you daily updates to keep you posted.. OK?

Now onto the exciting stuff...

We are in the process of creating a brand-new tool
called Videogenie.
