Review:

At first I wasn't that impressed. Huge fonts, wide margins, tons of huge images which take up an extra 14 unnecessary pages. And it seemed very thing.

However, as I reviewed it, I realized that this is a little gem and there's some good stuff here. So I'm not unhappy that I bought it.

Don't use her sample - it's dreck. But you could do some really good stuff with this idea.
