Q. How do I access the templates.
A. After purchase you will automatically be sent an email with a username and password that will allow you to log into the members area where you'll have access to all downloads.

Q. My text looks all messed up. What can I do to fix this?
A. You'll need to download the fonts used in the templates. (All free)

Q. I use PowerPoint 2007 and don't see a save as video option?
A. The most efficient solution around this issue is to download a trial version of Office 2010 and use an Office 2010 trial extender to extend your use of the application for up to 180 days (that's 6 months free usage!) Instructions are provided in the members are for a free workaround for PPT 2007 users.

Q. I have Open Office/Libre Office. Will these videos work?
A. The videos open Libre Office. However, there is no save to video option. You'll need to save the slides as PowerPoint files and then use a free program such as, Producer to export them as videos.

Q. I have PowerPoint 2010 For Mac. Will these videos work?
PowerPoint 2010 for Mac will not save the animations when exported as a .mov file.
