Hey [b][color=#ffff00]alekxis88[/color][/b], I'm not the only one that doubted you... reread the thread. Several members asked you to clarify when they couldn't see the free courses you described. If you had posted the screenshot or provided a few more details in your OP, we could have avoided a lot of confusion.

In post #6 you said: "I don't know how difficult it is to browse and get his offered courses for free!!", a bit of sarcasm and "quick with the mouth" of your own, not giving other members credit for not seeing the free courses that you saw.

Question: this was a site-wide bug that appeared for users in Germany, so ALL courses would have come up as zero Euros, right? So why did you post that ONLY Philip Ebiner's courses were FREE, when ALL UDEMY COURSES would have come up FREE for you?

So did anyone try enrolling from germany? Did it work? Because if it did, i am turning proxy on right now :)

That explains the confusion, DragonsRider also was wondering why we couldn't enroll too, he was able to enroll in at least 20 courses, it was a bug, by the time I enrolled in a NEW account with a german proxy, hence I could see the euro prices,it was too late and the bug was fixed.

All courses were zero priced and I joined 25 courses from wishlist for FREE before they fixed the bug.

Do you still have access to the courses that you subscribed to for 0 Euros (from germany IPs) ?

I subscribed to 10 to 15 courses before the bug was fixed. But now i think they have removed access to all those courses from my udemy account. I have not checked my email to see if they have sent me a notification that they were going to removing those courses.

Funny part is i have got udemy messages from some of the authors of 'those 0 Euro courses' welcoming me into their courses. But i do not have access to their courses.

The 'hard work' didnt pay after all.

Thanks for the heads up! I did a quick check for those forex related and ebiner courses I took and they are indeed gone! grrrr!!!!

Got a mail from Udemy saying

[size=medium]they experienced a glitch with European currency[/size][size=medium] that allowed to enroll for free in several paid courses and 25 courses were removed from my account. [/size].

They also send a 75% discount coupon.

I spent the last 2 days cursing myself that i could not get hold of more courses. After 10-15 minutes of getting to know of the glitch and after enrolling in 10-15 courses, the glitch was fixed. And so i was furious with myself :-)

Now i am back to normal. The sad part is i managed to get into some of the courses that almost never get discounted and are rarely part of the $10 or $19 promotions that udemy runs on a monthly basis. And almost always the 75% off discounts dont apply to these courses as well.

@pehla, Udemy almost always has a 75% off discount coupon. I am wondering if the 75% off coupon you say they have provided would apply to the 'rarely discounted' courses i mentioned earlier. Even if it applies, i will still be looking at $49 or so (after the 75% off) and that is on the higher side for me.

The courses by Amir Khella, David Travis and Sebastian Sulinski are rarely part of the monthly promotions.

Yes, you are right! Their coupon don't work with the courses by Amir Khella, David Travis and Sebastian Sulinski.

You can contact Sebastian Sulinski through Udemy and he may give you discount. I enrolled for almost all his courses through his personal coupons at unbelievable prices several months back.
