I know this is very old by now...
The latest link does open still - but the mirrors do not seem to work. Since this version is said to work and not need activation, could someone please make a new mirror ?? Thanks.

This a grat and very interesting share.
this is an old stuff but it works so well. For those who don't want to give money to aweber or getresponse. This plugin can help and the miracle is that you can combine this stuff with mailitplugin and you receive a small bomb for autoresponders sequences and followup.
