My big doubt is:

Adsense allow you send to your posts facebook traffic?.... It's safe?

I have an issue with this on the sales page:

"Do I have to pay for ads?"

"It’s not absolutely required, but it speeds up traffic generation very quickly."

It gives the impression you can get going without ad spend but in fact, the whole system is built around Facebook ads. Without that investment you're looking at months before your start making anything.
