Allright, lets discuss the definition of nulled.

Do you think that it would be fair to say that:

"Nulled scripts are scripts, almost always paid, that have security measures to enforce unlawful distribution taken out."

?

If true, then this script does not have to be nulled, because there are no security measures in it that would prevent it to be used anywhere and, also, it is lawful to distribute ACF Pro, because it is licensed under the GPL.

If you want to receive the support and updates from the developer, obviosly you need to have the license key, other than that, there is nothing that prevents you from using this plugin.
