Well, FIRST: this was posted here a few weeks ago. That link worked fine and the code they offer with the FREE CS2 programs worked flawlessly.

SECOND: the direct link to the pacakage via ADOBE them self is:
Magic Button :
Code:
https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/entitlement/index.cfm?e=cs2_downloads
granted, you WILL need to fill out Adobe's forms, but it's free. Or, I'm sure the code the OP supplied will work.

THE CS2 "footprint" is quite smaller than some of their newer CS releases, thus if you are hard pressed on HARDDRIVE space, this is the PERFECT option for you. It has almost EVERYTHING the current versions have (just in new/old places). It worked great on my Dell Venue Pro 8 tablet and also installed on my daughter's laptop so she can see if she wants to pursue this as a hobby (and FREE is a great way to find out!) -- ALSO, it doesn't need to be cracked or hacked and COMES FROM ADOBE them self, so it's solid, trouble/virus free.

+REP to the OP for this, and +REP if the review is helpful!
Happy Boxing Day to Mike Tyson!

RE:
For 2 reasons:

1) 99,9% of people using Photoshop, use a pirated copy because it is simply an expensive piece of software. If someone starts now and doesn't have the money, he/she can install a legit copy on their office pc and be OK to practice their profession (and keep their new pirated cs6 on another machine). I know a lot of people try to work from home, but to go to the next level you simply need some sort of an office. So, this is GOOD.

2) Photoshop is a monster program, and again, 99,9% of people using it don't know most of the tools included. A real professional can take cs2 and produce things most people with cs6 cannot produce because they might be professional photographers or graphic designers by profession, but are amateurs in Photoshop. All the tools are there, it might take more time but if you know what you are doing, you don't need most of the bells and whistles of the new versions.
So, CS2 is enough for 99,9% of a professional's workflow. The newest versions simply save time (for professionals) or satisfy vanity (for the hobbyists, the amateurs, and the newbies).
