Where is the program folder i am using windows 7

i put the file here C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs and try to open the soft it is asking for license key

Sorry, I'm an idiot who didn't think to copy the cracked file to the installation directory. It works now, and appears to be creating accounts, but they don't load into the account manager. Any ideas? Thanks
