I highly doubt that anyone will succeed in jacking amazon or even kindle since Amazon is pretty heavy on the ban hammer with sites that not follow the rules...all it takes is a few complains for them to catch your affiliate link and ban your ass straight away.

On the other hand, jacking authority sites like CNN or whatever is doable, just dont forget to cover your ass properly or you might be lucky enough to be sued by the big corps.
