Your English is much better than my Russian! Without an online translator, I do not have any clue what I am reading or writing.

Although my American friends will strongly disagree, the best programmers and hackers are Russian. It has been that way for a decade or more.

There are good reasons why Kaspersky - arguably the best anti-virus and anti-malware software available - has its global headquarters and origin in Moscow.

Second place is a distant second.

So it is not intended to offend when I refuse to install a program written in Russian. Even the second best hackers on earth don't speak English - they speak Chinese.

Although they and lots of my fellow Americans would probably strongly argue they are the best.

I have studied just a little about the history of hackers and hacking, but it is just a hobby. It makes for interesting reading even though I am not a technical person.
