The one that got some results he then looked at (discarded the other two that didn't get a response) and essentially scaled that, created his own landing page, got e-mail addresses to build a list, and ended up with over $10K, plus a list he could sell to. He skimmed over details on some things like tracking pixels (or even getting accepted by the CPA networks), but it was good to see the exact ads and exact sites he looked at or used, including the ads that didn't work.
Based on this case study, I'll probably try to find time to look at the modules.
Iit looks like the individual Modules (.zip) do come with .mp3 and .mp4 files, but never a bad idea to have links to specific sections for those who just want them, so thanks for taking the time to provide those links!
