I remember way back, when he was selling a huge part of his material for retirement. I know, I bought a ton of it, but this is probably easier than for me to search hard drives for it, plus it's spurring old ideas anew.

A lot of his material, though older, is about tactics and techniques that still apply today. Plus, as Tupac said, you'll never need PLR again. Also, Sean put out a lot of audio's than can also be re-purposed.
