Im at Level 2 now,and it's a lot nicer then lvl 1 :D
Im liking most the relaxing and noise sounds.

Anyone here have used or currently using the "Meditation Program" (meditationprogram.com)... if so, how does this compare to it? The one I've mentioned has 8 levels with the following usage recommendation. Personally, I'm not using it, but my wife and daughter do. I'm wondering if anyone who have tried both in a serious manner and be able to compare which one is better, or plainly similar...so as not necessary switching to this. Because, personally...I'm not using any audio meditation as I find it better and more relaxing and fulfilling practicing the real meditation of at least 30 minutes a day specifically during early morning upon waking up. Of course, doing it a few minutes after lunchtime is another great time for energizing for the rest of the day.
