A World of Courses
How You Can Access and Download Courses (or Whatever) Whenever You Want To

See Post #6 for More!

Here's a technique you can use to get loads of training courses and other things to download ... whenever you want to!

As I mentioned a while ago, I can no longer access many of those great Iranian/Persian download sites I wrote about in my free share An Awesome But (Almost) Unfair Advantage for Finding Stuff Using Filechef.

Since then (thanks to a forum member), I learned a cool, round-about way to get to many of those types
of files using File Pursuit (http://www.filepursuit.com). So, doing that, I recently came upon a nice little stash of courses I'd like to make you aware of.

Then (again) I will show you exactly how I searched to get them ... so you can, too!

Here are a few links (just to whet your appetite) Happydance:
Magic Button :
Code:
.
Animation
https://filepursuit.com/search/Animation/filetype/zip
.
Graphics
https://filepursuit.com/directory/2745964-Learn-Picasa-from-Scratch-Downloadha-com-zip/
.
Wordpress Themes
https://filepursuit.com/search/wordpress+themes/
.
SEO/Search Engine Optimization
https://filepursuit.com/search/search+engine+optimization/
.

Now, all I did was:

1. Fire up the browser and go to Google.com.

2. Type in: Filepursuit.com (put a space between that and whatever you're looking for). So my search for the above share was: filepursuit.com courses

I was already familiar with these sites by name, so I knew exactly what I was looking for.

After filepursuit.com/ I knew the subdirectory was:
- Behnam/
- Learning/
- 2016 (I actually typed in 2017 but did not get anything ... but I will keep trying)

And File Pursuit brings up multiple links (as shown in the image above).

From just a quick peek at any of the returns, you can see the following topics/subjects from Lynda and/or Udemy trainings you can download now:
- Digital Citizenship
- Excel 2016 Beginners Crash Courses
- Learn Adobe Animate CC
- Learn Microsoft Surface - The Basics
- Learn PowerPoint 2016 - The Basics
- Up and Running with Astute Graphics for Illustrator
- Learn Picasa From Scratch

3. Unless you are looking for something that's evergreen be mindful of the dates. In my example above, the files are dated
2015 and 2016.

4. Take your time and have a look at everything they have. Use a good download manager. Internet Download Manager (IDM) is one of the best
and if you search the forum, it was just recently shared ... so get your copy now!

And don't forget, there are "Next" buttons at the end of most pages on the >>>[[[Reported by Members as self-promotion. Please post the actual direct link!]]]<<< site for even more "stuff" to download!

5. Lastly, look over the results for anything that interests you. You can also click on the little green down-ward arrow at the end of the hyperlink shown in green to see what's actually there before you click over to the page (a Google snapshot).

If any of the files you try to download give you an error or failed message, try clicking on the file folder (that brings you to another page with a direct download link). Click on the name of the file or the little diskette icon and be sure (as the file is downloading) that the title matches what it's supposed to be.

Now, you can access and instant-download any available Lynda and Udemy trainings, movies, TV shows, software, android apps, video games, etc.
The word to note here is "available." You can't just expect something to be available that isn't in an open directory (that's what Filechef.com and Filepursuit.com do; locate downloadable files that are in open directories anyone can get to).

You will not find the latest, shiny new internet marketing launch products. They're usually in Amazon S3 buckets, locked behind membership site software or protected by 3rd party processors that authenticate your purchase first before delivering a download link.

But open directories deliver all the files with download extensions that are unprotected; like sitting ducks ... just waiting to be downloaded.

The best way to get acquainted with open directories and premium download sites is to get my free guide I shared here last autumn:

http://bestblackhatforum.com/Thread-GET-...ost+unfair

Then search the forum for these words "Find Stuff" and you will find any updates I shared.

Best wishes for whatever it is you're looking for!

If anyone has questions just PM me and I'll see if I can answer.

Thanks for reading! Thanks

I just love-love-love File Pursuit. I used to love Filechef.com but not so much Anymore. The issues I have with the latter is that it doesn't deliver quality content. That ... plus it is hyper-sensitive if you do more than 5 consecutive searches. It
throws up this stupid captcha to make sure you're not a robot. I spent nearly 10 minutes clicking on captcha after captcha identifying pictures with cars, mountains and street signs. Then, I decided, I don't need this sh*t; so I left.

Once I found File Pursuit, I lost Filechef.com in the cyberdust ... and I didn't even look in my virtual rear-view mirror.

So, f*ck you, Filechef!

I like so many things about File Pursuit. It's attractive and clean. Lots of space. It's quick and efficient.

I don't have to waste a lot of time with returns that are light-years away from what I asked for.

If File Pursuit doesn't have what I'm asking it for, it says so.

A little form pops up to ask if you want to provide more details. When I first encountered that, I was suspicious. You know, being a B-H connosieur, I tend to be paranoid. But since I've been putting threads on the forum celebrating the benefits of using FilePursuit, the developer has sent me a few private messages to thank me.

Isn't that nice?!!!

But, yeah ... he assured me that any information you send when you don't get what you're looking for will be looked at. If it's something they can use to help improve the site's functions, it may be implemented. So, another point for File Pursuit.

Look ... I'm happy to have a way to get to the download files I cannot (suddenly) access. So, for that reason alone I'm a File Pursuit girl now!

Okay, so ... I can't post direct links on the forum without them getting misidentified as spam or self-promotion. There's something about links with long, multi-part subdirectories that the forum is hyper-sensitive to. Because of this, I'll do the next best thing.

I'll give you the names of a few downloadable files. If you're interested in it, go to the FilePursuit site (https://filepursuit.com) just type (or copy/paste) the file names into the search field.

Oh! Another thing I love about File Pursuit is that when it gives you what you're looking for, it also gives you additional files of the same (or similar) subjects. For example, you go looking for an Adobe product then, there is a listing below the download showing additional Adobe products or courses or ebooks, etc.

So, yay ... File Pursuit!!! Happydance Happydance Happydance

Here are 12 named links you can use in File Pursuit to download immediately...just for the heck of it, I'll list the links. Don't hate me if they get scrambled (it's the forum!) but I've already told you how to get the downloads if you read everything up until now.

10.Basic SEO Guide For Google Blogger Be No 1 On Google
LAYNA'S NOTE: Sorry. The forum system replaced my link with [reported by members as spam] but it wasn't. So, check out my UPDATE below for this link. All you've got to do is type everything, as shown, in a single-string URL address to get where you need to be.

MORE TIPS:

*** Always keep updated and run your anti-virus program. That should go without having to be said. While these sites are generally safe, you can't be too lax about anything.

*** There is a LOT of stuff you'll want, so you're going to need the space to put your downloads. In most cases, unless you have a spanking new computer with GBs of space ... you don't want to store all this on your computer directly. I recommend an external hard drive. They're cheap these days (under $100 at Target, Walmart and most discount retailers) for gigabytes of space ... a few dollars more for terabytes of space. I love them because they're plug-and-play. Nothing to download. Just plug the USB cord into your computer (or a USB port that's plugged into your CPU) and you're good to go!

*** If you suspect a download is chancy, don't open it directly on your computer. Install a sandbox ... a virtual area that doesn't affect the rest of your computer. To learn more about sandboxes, do a Google search. Then download one and install it (Sandboxie.com or one of your choice.

*** Get organized. Create folders for the month and year you download. Then, inside those folders, create folders for everything you download by name. This makes it easy when you need to find something. If you can't remember it by name, you may recall when, approximately, you got it. This also makes it easy for a download manager to use its search feature to locate it for you.

*** And speaking of download managers, you will need one. I use Internet Download Manager (IDM). If you don't have it, it's being shared on the forum as of May 2017. So, search for it and download it now. It's simply one of the best tools you can use. There are other good ones so search for download managers and pick your own. You need one that allows for multi-part downloading of files for speed. Files are then re-compiled (put back togethter again) after all parts have been downloaded. You need one that works in the background and does not need hand-holding. One that resumes downloads whenever you turn the computer on again. One that shows error messages. I love IDM but you may have one you use and like. With all the great downloads out there, you can't do this manually so get yourself an efficient, hard-working download manager.

*** You can play around (like I do) in File Pursuit to find some very, very interesting downloads. My external hard drive(s) are beginning to groan under the weight of all the courses, graphics, ebooks, and other stuff I managed to nab. The only reason for this is that File Pursuit helps me to get to those premium download Persian sites that my computer/ISP has suddenly blocked for some reason. All I know is, last year, I had no problems getting to the downloadha site (or any of the download sites I listed in my guide, An Awesome But (Almost) Unfair Advantage for Finding Stuff Using Filechef.com. Today, when I type in downloadha with any subdirectory, I get this error message:

It's that message or this one:

This site can't be reached. (Site URL's) server DNS address could not be found. DNS_PROBLE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN

I don't know if it's my ISP or the download site itself restricting me! (If any of you know what this message means and if it's something I can fix or bypass on my end, let me know. From the little info I've found online, it seems the site itself has cut off access, probably based on my USA IP address). These sites, I learned through research I did for my little guide, are specifically for the benefit of Iranian nationals.

*** As I've said before, don't expect to find just anything or everything you're looking for. You get to pick-and-choose from what is available. You CAN type a single word (or two) in the search field on File Pursuit then wait to see if recommendations come up. I've found that to be very helpful.

*** Please don't waste your time looking for the latest-greatest shiny object I-M product or membership that recently launched. Or any premium Wordpress themes. Or anything that has a hefty price tag. Those products are usually locked down by membership scripts, 3rd party payment processors that check records to see if you paid for access to the files or tucked away in an Amazon S3 (or similar platform) named "bucket."

*** You will find a "Next" button at the bottom right of each page to find additional (similar) downloads. Or simply go to
the FilePursuit site (https://filepursuit.com) and type in what you're looking for to see if it (or an alternative) is available.

*** If you click on a freen Download button and you get a Download Failed or other error message, don't despair. In most cases, you need to click the little file folder link or the hyperlink above the icons. That brings you to the page where you can then get the download. In some cases, you WILL get an error message because the download is simply not there. For whatever reason, the download is not there. Keep in mind, this is not File Pursuit's fault. It rests entirely with the download/referrer site. If you use a download manager like IDM you can click anywhere on the download page in your browser and right-click and choose Download all links with IDM. A little window then pops up to show all the files on the site. If you don't see any with downloadable extensions (rar, pdf, exe, mp4, mp3, etc.) then it confirms that there is nothing to download ... so you can move on to another search.

*** Be aware of what you download. A file like this, for example (Adobe Creative Suite 6 Master Collection Mac (www.>>>[[[Reported by Members as self-promotion. Please post the actual direct link!]]]<<<) part3.rar)
it has other parts preceeding it and possibly, coming after the file you're downloading. So make sure to get all those files and put them into a single directory you create and name appropriately.

*** Some files will require a password to access the downloads. In most cases, the name of the file will include the website it came from or is associated with. For example, if you downloaded something from bitdownload.ir that name will be shown (in parentheses) in the file name. This gives you a clue as to the password. The password is usually the name of the site, exactly as shown or preceded by www. If this doesn't help, see IF you can open the ReadMe.txt file without the need for a password and the PW will be there. Files from share724.com can be opened with this password (p30download.com or http://www.p30download.com). For the list of Persian download sites and their associated passwords, get my guide: An Awesome But (Almost) Unfair Advantage for Finding Stuff Using Filechef.com. It's been shared since last fall (2016) and I've updated the download link. Get it while you can.

*** Note: At the top left of the page (see image below): All | Video | Audio | Ebooks | Archives | Mobile | Custom*

You can use these categories to specify the file type.

In my opinion, Filechef can learn a thing or two from File Pursuit.

While I'm not ready to make-up with Filechef (I still use it to look for generic PDFs and RAR files left in open directories) I will continue to use File Pursuit as long as it functions like it does.

If you have questions or comments, ENGAGE! That's what this thread is for.

I hope this helps you to fine-tune your efforts to find great, premium quality stuff to download.

Regards!

Layna61524
