when i saw this shared by gary the other day, i was thinking about all the people here, and out in the real world, here, they leech and download endless junk, some read, and read and read, but take NO action! yes, many people are confused about success so i am sharing this here. for those of you who are not VIP here yet, what are you waiting for?

some of you may not know who gary vee is, many do, and many follow him. i am sharing this again, for two reasons. first, to show you one guy makes his money, and second to remind some of you, there are events almost daily happening around the world. some of them need speakers, that can be YOU! if you do well, other events will invite you to speak, sometimes you can get paid for it, other times they will let you sell your junk, for a fee, lol. THAT is how people make money, they set up a table in the back of the event, and sometimes, the big shots like gary vee have private rooms or suites set up for private engagements and/or training, that is what i call, mo money, mo money, mo money!!!

Gary Vaynerchuk is the chairman of VaynerX, a modern-day media and communications holding company and the active CEO of VaynerMedia, a full-service advertising agency servicing Fortune 100 clients across the company’s 4 locations.

This business keynote came after a 24 hour flight and a quick shower - glad I did it, as the Jakarta crowd was awesome ;)

I talked a lot about my take on the biggest weakness of human beings and how people are confused about the current conversation around happiness and success. We struggle to block out the noises of other peoples judgement and my goal is to help you do what makes you happy, not to care about what other people think of you. Gave some really tactical content advice but overall a very solid keynote on the macro ideas that I have my thesis around. Enjoy xoxo
