this is probably very old script,
several variants can be found all around net
so it is questionable if it is clean,
(without exploits)

and in addition to that

9x9 as a matrix is NOT good at all
its not realistic tou use that kind of compensation plan
because

1x9x9x9x9... (eleven times or levels) = 31,381,059,609
which equals whole earth populationn x 4 times

plus
