I haven't gone through the book yet, it's 6 hours and 44 minutes but I have to say, I'm a big fan of the Edgar Cayce approach of instantaneous manifestation by attuning the body and it's energy centers to your Mind (reaching all parts of your being) and Soul (Sub-Conscious) thus allowing access to your Spirit (Superconscious) instantaneous manifestation or miracles.
