How to use? Easy man :-)
One of the ways creates Social Network such as Facebook, Linkedin, etc. types of network. They would most probably allow you to send invitation to your friends.

Just add these emails,I advice few per day. However, SN like Facebook will tell you to only send to the friends you know.
