Thank you very much for this, downloading now and I'll start and take a look at it tomorrow. It'll be interesting to see if and how it works out for me on a personal basis, after having laser treatment on shortsightedness (lasic) and it not working out too well, it'll be nice to try whatever exercises these are teaching and see if I can get some good results.

NOTE: For anyone interested in this, before you download, just wanted to mention that, after opening the file's, I find that it is only an MP3 and there are no videos to watch so it is quite difficult to follow any instructions through simply hearing about what to do rather than to watch what they are teaching, at least for me anyway as I am a visual learner not a learner via listening.
