Problem is you did not even check properly and said uploadseed was EMPTY. It wasn't that case. ( I already mention i have TESTED IT) Simple as that.
OP has Uploadseed mirror BEFORE YOU posted. You call that Helped ? I would call that HIJACK HELP.  Oh genos..... Unfortunately you are WRONG. It is NOT maintenance during that time.
Sometime the mirrors might not show up. But REFRESH your browser again it MIGHT work.
