Actually you can access some of the videos and stuff from that page without pass. Might be some good info in there, but looks like you would really have to join to do the program.

The site and password are still active as of October 2015. There are additional videos and resources in Modules 4 and 5. The four videos in Kelewer's post are on the website, but the videos on the member site aren't all on the program's YouTube channel.
