Traffic getting is not really covered here. As he uses images alot, you might combine this with FB and pinterest image traffic courses available here. For trending topics (module 2), curation and it's connected search engine traffic could also be a valid system for driving people to the pages.

His image acquisition methods are questionable. If you're residing in a developed country, avoid these methods or - at least - put the images through various filters so they represent a new work and not a recognizable derivative anymore.

"developed" countries - screw with the images before using them
"un-developed" countries - they're free to use the images as-is

what's the real difference? the quality of Lawyers in these two kinds of worlds?

the chance of being prosecuted in undeveloped countries are extremely slim in cases like these almost non existent. In a developed
country it would be fairly easy.
