It's a list of sites you can submit press releases to, so what you do is write up a press release such as

"New Firm Discovers Magic Lamp!"

"New Firm founded in 1919 discovered Aladdins magic lamp (Link to your landing page or website) blah blah blah"

The site then publishes it and it gets spread over the net and picked up by other sources if it's interesting enough.
