Did you know that if you are nice to people on the bh forums, and accept that piracy exists, people think better of you? Your reputation goes up? That people may actually buy your product if it is any good despite already owning it for free?

Most Guides are complete and utter crap - just rehashed whitepapers written by people (or outsourced) to basically just scam others, not to actually help them. Sorry if people do not want to waste money and go through the hassle of arguing about and getting a refund on a potentially S***** product.

In other words, the people accessing your stuff for free - were most likely never going to buy it to begin with. However, since it is now available to all, it has expanded your potential market each, and if it's any good, people might be willing to buy it to support your efforts, and in hopes you would write more.

However, the mere fact that you do not know how to take advantage of a situation or turn a possible negative into a positive - tells me you are probably not a very good marketer and gives me no reason to believe what you have written is worth a d***.

I agree... to the product creator: See this as the opportunity that it is for you.

Personally, I use this site as a "free trial or sample" method. If I think a product is good, I will be more likely to buy the author's next product. I might even buy the one I downloaded here for free. It's like the library... Everything there is available for free, but I end up buying lots of things that I discovered there.
