Hey, my name is James Sides, and if you're on this page its because you're not earning the type of income online that you're after.

And I know exactly what that's like, because from 2005 - 2010 I too struggled to make it online.

I would spend my days at work thinking about how much I hated what I did for a living and how bad I wanted to be able to work from home.

Then I'd come home in the evening and buy product after product hoping one of them would have the answer to my problems.

But time and time again, I found that the info was outdated and rehashed garbage with no basis in reality.

And I have to say, my family was getting a little tired of hearing about my latest and greatest ideas for making money from home.

I was becoming a little bit of a punch line amongst those close to me.

I was just about to give up altogether...
But then it happened! In 2011 I finally put it all together and quickly saw my income skyrocket to upwards of $1,000 per day!

And soon thereafter I cofounded two major sites online, ProductPay.com and Forumspecialoffers.com.

Things took off quickly!

Within six months my new forum was ranked as one of the top 5000 sites in the world on Alexa and ProductPay had been home to its first $100,000+ launch.

I remember a funny phone call I had with one of my close buddies where he was telling me not to forget him when I bought my private jet.

Everyone, including me, saw amazing things in my future.

But it wasn't long before things started to fall apart.

I was completely burnt out and even worse, my marriage was in real trouble.

Even though my income was growing like wild, I was spending unimaginable hours at my desk.

In fact, I was seeing my family less while working from home than I had when I worked a full time job!!!

So in December of 2012 I made the difficult decision to sell my two main online businesses, ProductPay.com and ForumSpecialOffers.com.

I took the lump sum payment and took nearly all of 2013 off choosing to focus on repairing my marriage, spending quality time with family, and my mental health!

You see, like a lot of people, I suffer from severe bouts of depression and even with all of the success of 2011 and 2012 I wasn't doing well emotionally.

Working all of the crazy hours and going days at a time without sleep was definitely not a long term strategy for success.

But before I knew it, 2013 began drawing to a close and I had a tough decision to make.

Should I go back to internet marketing full time or should I close up shop and start hunting for a regular ole job again...

After all, I knew how to make loads of cash online.

I had proven that time and time again earnings upwards of $10,000 day on several occasions.

But I also knew that I was not willing to go back to spending 12 hours a day, or more, at my desk.

And all of this indecision and stress made me a miserable person to be around so in January of 2014 I finally packed up my things and moved into an apartment away from my wife and daughter...

Things were just terrible.

The entire reason I had started looking for ways to work from home was to be closer to these two people who I loved and instead I had driven my family away.

Now, any normal person would certainly be bummed out over the separation of their spouse of 10+ years but on top of it all I was still battling a crippling depression and my finances were starting to show it.

It was shocking how fast I had burned through all of the money I had earned during my meteoric rise in 2011 and 2012 but as it turns out, the more time you take off work the more money you spend!

I started to have some pretty scary thoughts pop into my head and I knew, I was going to have to do something before I completely lost what was left of my sanity.

So out of pure necessity I decided to slap together an offer for white label rights to one of my old products.

I didn't have time to properly recruit or to get great sales copy or any of the other dozen things that go into launching a successful product.

I was just hoping I could make enough to last a few more months until I could come out the other side of the depression I was facing.

But what happened changed everything.
"Even doing everything wrong I suddenly had $10,000+ in my pockets, AND a fresh email list!"
Now, this was a bit shocking to me because I had assumed that the entire thing was going to flop.

And it wasn't so much the money that made the difference but just the fact that I was able to actually get something out there into the world.

I suddenly felt like maybe I could really beat this horrible "funk" I was in.

So I went back to the drawing board, started crunching my numbers, and figured out that it was actually possible for me to earn six figures year while working only part time.

And that meant that I could live a balanced life with my family and my career which is what I was really after all along anyway.

Quickly thereafter my wife and I were able to reconcile and I was able to move back home!

And once I got home I stayed dedicated to living the balanced lifestyle I knew was crucial to my happiness.

In fact, in all of2014 I made it a point to work less than two hours a day and yet I was still able to earn six figures!

(Yes, some weeks I worked more than that but there were also weeks I worked less than that. I'm talking averages here.)

Now, was I knocking down $90k months like in 2011?

Of course not, but I was also working less than 10 hours a week on average compared to 80+ during that time!

Most days I did nothing more than check my email and my help desk!

Sounds pretty incredible right?

So let me ask you.

Would you be ok making low six figures year if it meant you only had to work a few hours a day?

I mean I know its not millions and all, but wouldn't that be ok with you?

Short Review:

This manual by James Sides is more about the concept of "modeling" products to sell after existing products. Primarily software.

Interesting read, but it may not be for everyone. The concepts he speaks about ARE for everyone in IM though. Working smart, not hard--- and being willing to hire others to do work that you shouldn't be spending time on.

Quick Mini Review:

1.Find a software that is getting sales
2.Hire a programmer (feelancer), that can rewrite and create the same software with some upgrades or better UI
3.Launch the software on JV
4.Find JV partners
5.Make sales

I've seen a lot of this crap around lately. Every new software that is launched has his "better" clone. Example: Marketing Video Editors, WP Page Builders,...

I didn't test this strategy personally, but think is doable. The problem is, that is not noob friendly. You need to know how to launch a product (he doesn't rely explain it) and the initial investment is quite high.

This is my 2c on it and hope this will help someone ;)
