here is the recap

1. Open expireddomains.net and login (sign up if you don't have one)
2. go to marketplace domains
3. pick closeouts option for each registar
4. Sort by WBY column. You can see the aged domain sort by their age.
5. Use filter to eliminate the domain.
6. If you want use godaddy and get cheaper price, register the membership on https://www.godaddy.com/en/domains/discount-domain-club
