The 'Email Sequence' is not as he describes - if he made any money with this I'll be surprised.

But the Interview is quite interesting, especially if you're relatively inexperienced in list building. Pay particular attention to the concept of keeping your emails bang on subjects related to what subscribers signed up to and how to segment your list later.
