Hey Viking, curious what you are referring to?... on-page SEO will never be "outdated" in my opinion, as Google is constantly changing their algorithms to penalize black-hat methods, following the SEO best practices guide Google supplies will almost guarantee you won't lose your PR1 once they come out with their next updates. Buying bulk links or even manually building too many backlinks at once can put you on Google's radar and have your website blacklisted. Keyword density, H1's, meta descriptions, proper use of title tags will never be "outdated".... using simply the on-page SEO tactics above and some Social Backlinks our website has achieved First Page Ranking for 3+ extremely competitive "digital marketing niche" keywords (one of which has over 17million results and we hold spots 1 + 2)... as well as First Page Ranking for multiple client websites (examples of which which are shown throughout the course)
